Congratulations to UPCE Local 70180 President Yvan Bélanger! Brother Bélanger is one of five PSAC members selected to attend the Canadian Labour Congress 2011 LabourCollege.

As in any program, there have been problems and concerns as we converted from our sick leave and family related leave system over into Personal Days and Short Term Disability. Many questions have arisen. Hopefully we can clarify some here.
